What payment method can I use when ordering from the Sarah Riley Designs website?
We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa or Paypal. For orders originating in New Zealand payment can also be made by direct credit, please contact us for account details.  If you choose to pay by credit card your order will be processed immediately, but if you choose to pay for your purchase by direct credit your order will be shipped once payment has cleared. Your order will be held for 24 hours. If no payment is received by this time then your product will be returned to stock.


How secure are my credit card details when I pay for my purchase online?
If you pay for your Sarah Riley shoes purchase by credit card online the transaction is processed through Paypal, this means that Sarah Riley Designs Ltd does not store or have direct access to your credit card details. If you wish, you may review Paypal's Privacy Policy at checkout, where you will find details of the encryption procedures used to protect the security of your credit card information through the Paypal system.

How much does postage and packing cost?
Postage and packing is free within New Zealand.

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. Please email assistance@sarahriley.com with your country of origin so we can work out the associated shipping costs.

What are the benefits of becoming a Sarah Riley VIP member?
As a Sarah Riley VIP member you will receive a 5% loyalty discount on your second pair of shoes, building to up to 15% off your purchases, a discount that is valid for 12 months. Please note that this discount applies only if you have joined up and logged in before your purchase, and cannot be applied retrospectively. By joining up you will also be subscribing to our newsletter so we can keep you up to date with new stock arrivals, special promotions and sales.

I have access to a computer at work, where I have viewed the Sarah Riley website, but I cannot use it to place an order. How can I make my Sarah Riley purchase?
You may telephone us on 0800 746377 between the hours of Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 5.00pm and Saturday, 9.00am until 12.00pm, where we will be happy to take details of your order. Should you select to pay by credit card, we will require full card details. Once your credit card transaction has been processed your credit card details will be destroyed.

How will I know when new collections or shoes are available?
To be sure that you don't miss the arrival of our new collections, become a VIP member. Then we will let you know arrival dates, advance notification of seasonal sales and promotions and VIP discounts on every shoe purchase.

Will my personal details and email address be shared with other companies?
Definitely not, please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

I would like to give put some money towards a pair of shoes as a gift. Can I do this?
Yes, please take advantage of our Gift Voucher and fill in the details. The gift voucher will be sent via email to the person you are buying for.  If you wish to receive a hard copy of the voucher instead, then please email giftvouchers@sarahriley.com with the name of the person the voucher is for, the amount you would like the voucher to be, your payment details, any message you would like to accompany it and where you would like the voucher sent.


I saw an item l wanted on your site yesterday, when l logged in today it was no longer showing. Is there a problem with your site?
Our shoe styles are made in extremely limited numbers, so if you can no longer see it, we have probably sold out of that style.  However you can always email us on assistance@sarahriley.com to double check – and sign up to be a Sarah Riley VIP so you don’t miss out next time!
