TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placement of an order with us is confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions, together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

1. Faulty Goods In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives in faulty condition please follow the returns policy procedure. Sarah Riley Designs Ltd will happily replace the item and refund the cost of returning faulty goods. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the item has developed a fault since you have been enjoying it, please email us quoting your sales invoice number at returns@sarahriley.com and we will endeavour to fix the situation for you. Much of Sarah Riley Designs Ltd stock is made in extremely limited numbers, and therefore, it might not always be possible to replace like with like. However, we will endeavour to satisfy your alternate wishes.

2. Accurate Representation To ensure an accurate representation of all items stocked Sarah Riley takes great care with photography and all descriptions of our range of products. Please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from those seen on the website due to variation in web browser colours, and because all of our products are handmade, slight variations in leathers may also occur. This is testament to the quality of our unique limited edition designs. If you are unhappy with your choice, please feel free to return the item following the returns policy.

3. Currency and Payment All dollar amounts shown on this website are in New Zealand dollars. All conversion costs to New Zealand dollars upon ordering a Sarah Riley product are at your expense. Credit card or direct credit payments are accepted for orders originating in New Zealand.

4. Membership/LOYALTY/VIP Sarah Riley VIP Members qualify for a 5% loyalty discount on their second pair of Sarah Riley Designs Ltd shoes; 10% on the third pair and 15% on the fourth pair. Whereupon the customer will receives a 12 month discount of 15% on the purchase price of all Sarah Riley shoes purchased in that period. After the 12 month period, discounts will return to 5% on the purchase of a second pair, scaling as before. Shoes purchased with the discount and then returned will be refunded or exchanged for the same price at which they were purchased, and this discount applies only if the purchaser has joined up or logged in prior to checkout and cannot be applied to any order retrospectively.

8. Disputes These terms and conditions and any dispute relating to the supply of Sarah Riley Designs Ltd products shall be determined under the laws of New Zealand.

9.Facilities Sarah Riley Designs Ltd informs you that we do no have repair facilities. Should you need repairs of your shoes due to wear and tear please contact your local cobbler.

10. Definitions Us and we means Sarah Riley Designs Ltd. Products means all products sourced nationally and internationally and which meet Sarah Riley Design's style and quality standards. Sarah Riley Designs Ltd means Sarah Riley Designs Limited a limited liability company incorporated pursuant to the New Zealand Companies Act 1993.
