
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery within New Zealand is free of charge, and we want you to enjoy wearing your Sarah Riley shoes as soon as possible. To that end, we will endeavour to deliver to New Zealand addresses within 3 working days. However Sarah Riley Designs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by our chosen courier company. We always use a courier service, and to that end, regret we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We will always require a signature at the destination the goods are delivered to, so we can ensure the utmost safety of your purchase; however we regret that no New Zealand courier company will guarantee that a signature is always obtained in Rural Delivery Areas. You will receive email notification that your Sarah Riley shoes are on their way to you, once they leave our premises, and a tracking number will be included.
