
RETURNS POLICY
Sarah Riley Designs Ltd has taken a great deal of care in designing and manufacturing high quality and unique shoes for you, and are confident that you will not be disappointed with your purchase. However if, for any reason you are unhappy with your shoes you can take advantage of our free return and money back guarantee policy. Your satisfaction is our highest concern, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following refund and exchange process, terms and conditions.
PROCESS
(a) Try on your shoes on carpet and for short periods to avoid wear and damage.
(b) If you decide to return the shoes for exchange, refund, or credit note, email us at returns@sarahriley.com including your order number in the subject line, and in the message area, a brief note telling us why you would like to return your purchase. We will email you back and send you a return courier ticket. Repack the shoes in their original packaging. The item must be unused, and in the same condition as it arrived to you. All labels, tickets, packing list, and invoice must be attached for us to accept a returned product.
(c) To ensure you receive your exchange or refund, you must notify Sarah Riley Designs Limited within 3 working days of the date the courier delivered your purchase to you. Please use the signature required courier ticket provided to you to ensure your purchase arrives back safely to us and in pristine condition. If you do not use this, Sarah Riley Designs Ltd can take no responsibility whatsoever for safe receipt of the returned item.
(d) Once we have received the item in pristine and resalable condition we will be able to refund the total item price by the original payment method or exchange the item for another choice.
PLEASE NOTE: Because it is very important to us that customers receive their purchase in pristine condition, we cannot exchange or refund any item that is not returned to us in the same condition as it left our premises. Sarah Riley Designs Ltd cannot accept any item that has been damaged, misused, marked, has signs of use or which has been cleaned in any way.
If you wish to return an item and you cannot meet the above requirements, for example the item was received as a gift and you are outside the stipulated timeframes, please email us quoting your sales invoice number at returns@sarahriley.com and we will do everything we can to help you.
